John Christopher Biser, 59, of Rockville, MD, passed away on January 10, 2022. John was the son of the late Frances Beard Biser and Lloyd Carroll Biser. He is survived by his wife, Marcia Williams; five siblings: Carole F. Raubaugh, C. Ann Phillips, M. Rebecca Stouffer, Thomas L. Biser, and Joseph M. Biser; and many relatives and friends.
A private family service was held and John was laid to rest with his parents in the cemetery of the Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Myersville, MD
