Bonnie and Christy, please accept my sincere condolences on Steve’s passing.  Steve and I were colleagues for many years.  I worked for Loudoun County on transportation projects.  Steve’s efforts were integral to many road improvement projects you see in Loudoun today.  As he and I would work through the Six Year Plan he would often speak of both of you.  I know how much he loved you both.  I missed him when he retired as no one knew Loudoun’s finances from the State for roads more than he did.  I pray he is at peace.  My best, Terrie Laycock

Bonnie, Carol and I would like to extend our sincere sympathy and prayers to you and Christy at this difficult time. I think Steve and i worked about 23 years together at VDOT In the Loudoun Residency. We understand the difficulties added during this time associated with the COVID19 virus with the recent death of my 103 year old mother.  Let us know when you are able to celebrate Steve’s life at the Flying Circus. May you find comfort and peace with the long lasting memories you shared as a family.
