Allen John Kline, 60, Hanover, PA died unexpectedly Wednesday March 13 at his home. He was the husband of Terri Miller Kline.
Born in Frederick on December 29, 1958 he was the son of the late Ary Kline and Rosalee Balker Kline Slomcheck. He was a self employed truck driver and a member of the McSherrystown Moose and Hanover AMVETS. He had a wide variety of interests but had an avid passion for racing and owned a late model sportsman race car . The family would like to thank his sponsorships and support. He thoroughly enjoyed watching his daughter show cows, had a competitive drive and was always willing to give people a helping hand and made friends wherever he went. He was a jack of all trades and enjoyed going to flea markets wife his wife. He also was a US Army veteran, having served  from 1979 to 1983.
Surviving, besides his wife is one daughter Jesse Kline Stowe and husband Joseph of Oxford, PA, two grandsons Everett and Carson Stowe, two sisters, Julia Greenfield and husband Wayne of Braddock Heights. and Linda Kline of Florida, one step-brother Matthew Slomcheck of Massaschusetts and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1 PM on Tuesday, March 19 at Salem United Methodist Church in Wolfsville. The family will receive friends on Tuesday at the church from 11 AM until time of the services. Steven Allgaier will officiate. Interment will made in the church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Salem United Methodist Church, 12477 Wolfsville Rd., Myersville, MD 21773.
