Mrs. Catherine K. Kilonsky (Kate), 82, a resident of Country Meadows, Frederick, MD, since 2015, passed away peacefully on Thurs., February 2, 2017. She had been a long-time resident of Hudson, OH, and Williamsburg, VA.

   Kate was born June 19, 1934 in Vandling, PA, a daughter of Leo J. and Mary T. Monahan Kennedy. She graduated from St. Rose High School in Carbondale, PA.

   Kate was happily married nearly sixty years to the late Dr. Anton F. Kilonsky, whom she married on Dec. 29, 1954. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Hudson, OH, and Holy Family Catholic Community, Middletown, MD.

   She leaves to cherish her memory four children: Thomas (Deborah) Kilonsky, Colleen (Gary) Brisbane, Timothy (Carolyn) Kilonsky, and Paul (Shirley) Kilonsky. She will also be missed by her ten grandchildren: Dana, Erin, and Brian Kilonsky; Sister Agnes Maria, Emily, Alexandra, Nathan, Matthew, Margaret, and Mariana Kilonsky. Kate is also survived by two siblings, Margaret K. Smith and Leo Kennedy. Besides her parents and husband, Kate was preceded in death by her sister, Mary K. McAllister.

   Friends may call from 2:30 to 4:30 on Sunday, February 5, 2017, at Holy Family Catholic Community, 7321 Burkittsville Rd., Middletown, MD 21769. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Msgr. Robert Jaskot at Holy Family Catholic Communtiy on Monday, February 6, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.

   Memorial donations may be made to the Franciscan Sisters, T.O.R, of Penance of the Sorrowful Mother, 369 Little Church Rd., Toronto, OH 43964 where her granddaughter is a religious sister.
