We were so sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Long.It almost seems he was a member of our family. I believe we started visiting Mr. Long in 2003 and every visit was a special treat as he shared many stories of his life and he loved to tell how he stole his bride from a friend and he always laughed as he shared that with us. The last time I saw him at the hospital was sad because he seemed he was getting ready to journey to the next land and sad as it was, we knew his pain would be over. We always believe we would share in his 100 year old birthday party but God must have had a party planned for him better than any we could have celebrated with him. Thanks for allowing us to share many special moments with him. We have 30 people coming to our house tomorrow so we will not be able to stop by but our thoughts will be with you during these sorrowful days. May God bless you and your family.
