Charlotte Lucille Keller, 88, Middletown, died Tuesday November 11, 2008 at her home.

She was the wife of Irvin Leo Keller who died April 1981.

Born in Chewsville, June 15, 1920 she was a daughter of the late Floyd and Olive Catherine Shilling Bowman.

She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Middletown and was employed as the bookkeeper with Everett Moser Concrete Co., Middletown for many years until her retirement.

She is survived by:

4 children - Eldon B. Keller and wife Carolyn - Boonsboro; Jay R. Keller and wife Shirley - Middletown; April K. Stang and husband James - Frederick; Mark A. Keller and wife Pattie - Sharpsburg

6 grandchildren - Gail Canfield, Kristi Miller, Randy Keller, Bradley Stang, Stephanie Keller, Ashley Keller

7 great-grandchildren - Ronnelle Hines, Cory Miller, Nathan Miller, Jeffrey Miller, Nikki Keller, Alex Keller, Warren Peyton Patterson

1 great=grandson - Michael Hines

4 sisters - Arvella Lutz - Middletown; Rhea Stup and Orpha Wade - both of Boonsboro; Olive Draper - Fairplay

2 brothers - Roger Bowman and Marshall Bowman - both of Boonsboro

She was predeceased by a daughter - Carolyn Sue Keller.

She was also predeceased by two brothers - George and Glenn Bowman and two sisters - Evelyn Griffith and Zella Koogle

Friends may call anytime Friday November 14 at the Donald B. Thompson Funeral Home, 31 East Main Street, Middletown.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 7 to 9 PM

Funeral Services will be held 10 AM on Saturday November 15, from the funeral home.

Vicar Chris Frigm, Zion Lutheran Church, Middletown will officiate.

Interment will be made in Christ Reformed Church cemetery, Middletown.

I wouls like to express my sincere sympathy in Charlotte's passing.She was loved by so many,She will surely be missed.It was a privledge to have known Charlotte.
