My sincere sympathy to the family of Dr. Fulton. He was a wonderful veterinarian with whom I trusted my pets during my time in Middletown and who worked miracles with one of our cats. I know he will be missed by all who knew him.

I first met Dr. Fulton when our family moved to Middletown in 1976. He was a great help to me with cattle and family pets. Although I had spent time with a dairy farm in NH as a child, I didn't know much about treatment. He dehorned the beef steers we raised and taught me how to treat bloat. I saw him at the Safeway store a few years ago, and he hadn't changed a bit ! A very friendly and knowledgeable doctor.
